So far the initial process of working within the boundless online application and dashboard has been good. Technical questions answered quickly via online chat with knowledgeable actual people like Laiza vs the all to common chatbots that i have to deal with on a daily basis.

I liked the ability to pay for the process over multiple months, I knew a few months in advance what we would need the service so I was nice to get a financial head start. Lets hope we can get everything submitted before any upcoming USCIS price increases.

At first they are very close and committed, all about consumer success and asure quality on their service. Right after making the payment, that consumer service obsession disappears.
Then, the service is not bad but is not outstanding or overwhelming. I'd expect a closer relationship and guidance in something as sensitive as Immigration.
Every time I've emailed them with a question the reply is generic and not useful or different from what I would find online without paying Boundless for a service.
Bottom Line: They're good when you start your process, don't trust them or expect to go above and beyond for you.

The service people are unfriendly, unsympathetic, and uncharasmatic. They don't seem to understand that you're PAYING them for help and instead carry the sour attitude of someone not happy with their job. Every time I gave documents, they responded with requests for MORE documents. Why not let me know from the start which documents they needed? Also, the service people don't seem to like giving you their full name yet they have every single intimate detail about you. Terrible mistake. Just hire an individual attorney or file online with USCIS.
