They did get back to me, so I can’t really complain too much, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Maybe I’m just impatient, but I feel like the response could’ve been quicker

"Kind of helped, but my gut says it’s not quite for me"
I used this for a few weeks, it did seem to help a little here and there. Some days I felt like I could notice a small difference, but other days it didn’t really feel like much was happening. I kept going with it, but my gut feeling was that it just wasn’t going to be a big game-changer for me. It’s not a bad product, and I can see it maybe working better for someone else, but for me it landed somewhere in the middle.

I used 5boundless.com it was easy to get the hang of. I thought I might have to dig around for a while, but no, everything loaded fast and I found what I needed without a bunch of extra clicking.

I had a question about my order and customer service was helpful. They explained everything in a really clear way and didn’t make me feel silly for asking, which I appreciated. The only downside was that it took a bit longer than I expected to hear back, so that was kind of annoying. Overall, it was a good experience, but it would be way better if they were a little quicker

I had a really good experience with 5boundless.com . From the beginning , they kept things clear and I always felt like I knew what was happening . I didn’t have to chase them or wait forever for a reply , which made the whole thing feel stress free .
They answered my questions in a normal , easygoing way and didn’t make anything sound more complicated than it needed to be . Overall , they were just easy to deal with , and I’d be happy to use them again .

"Really good value for the money!!!"
I was surprised by 5boundless.com!!! The price felt totally fair, and I actually feel like I got more than I expected!!! Nothing seemed overpriced or confusing, which I really appreciated. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but this one felt worth mentioning!!! Good value overall, and I’d definitely use them again!!!

"Super easy return"
I had to send back a shirt because I totally picked the wrong size and I was expecting it to be annoying but the return steps were really clear, I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of back and forth emails or any hassle, and my refund came through way faster than I thought it would so overall I’m happy with how it went.

"A Bit of a Waiting Game, But Not a Disaster"
I ordered from 5 Boundless once, it was okay. The shipping felt like it was taking a lifetime, and I was starting to get a little dramatic about whether it would ever show up. But when it finally arrived, the item was totally fine. Not blown away, not upset either. I might give them another shot, but I’m still on the fence.

"Packed better than I expected"
My order showed up packed really well, not like it was just tossed in a box. The outside had a small dent from shipping, so I was a little worried at first, but uh, everything inside was totally fine.
I appreciated that they used enough padding without making it a pain to open or leaving a huge mess everywhere. It’s a simple thing, but it definitely makes me trust 5boundless.com more

"Refund was a little slow, but worked out"
I ended up asking for a refund after I changed my mind. It took a few days before I heard back, which wasn’t ideal, but they did get it sorted and the money came back without any issue. It wasn’t the fastest process, but it seemed fair enough, and they didn’t make a fuss about it
